A town has provision of food for 110 people for 50 days. After 15 days 20 men left the town. How long will the food for the remaining men ?

a) 50    b) 45    c) 42    d) 53    e) 55

    Correct Answer is 42
    Explanation : In Starting provision for 120 men for 50 Days.
    They enjoyed food 15 Days. After 15 Days provision left for 120 men for 35 Days (50-15)

    And 20 men left the town. So 100 men remaining in town

    There is simple formula to calculate these questions
    (M1*D1)=(M2*D2)
    120*35 = 100 * ?
    Calculate this equation

    Now 100 men can enjoy food for 42 Days
