  1. Speed of A more than B = 12 km/h
    Total Distance travel more by A = 78 km
    Time travel by A = 78/12 => 6.5 hours
    i.e Bot trains A & B Run for 6.5 hours
    Now, Distance by A = 6.5*50 = 325
    Distance by B = 6.5*38 = 247
    Total Distance = A+B + 325+247 = 572

  2. Correct Answer is 572 minutes
    Explanation : Just do a simple step to solve this
    Speed of Train A is 50 km/h means it covers 50 kilometers in an hour
    Speed of Train B is 38 km/h means it covers 38 kilometers in an hour
    so Train A covers 12 kilometer more in an hour
    Now we know when both meet each other train A covers 78 km more (in 1 hour 12 more overall 78 that means they will meet after 78/12 hours)
    So they both travelled 78/12 hours
    D=(50*78/12)+(38*78/12)
    or (88*78/12) = 572
